> In Pictures: 15 Great October Lease Deals
According to automotive buying expert Gary Hoffman, lease deals can go down because the residual values of the vehicles improves. But most of the time, it's because the companies are subsidizing the residual values at the transaction to lower the lease payments we have to make. As companies increase their incentive spending on the cars we buy, they also move that money into lease deals.
You better hurry, though, as many of these great deals are set to expire on October 31. And if you prefer to buy and not lease, then make sure to check out the AOL Autos Best Deals program.

This Month's Editor's Pick: Honda Odyssey
The Honda Odyssey is widely seen as one of the best minivans on the market, so if you're in need of a family hauler this fall, we would recommend taking Honda up on this offer.
The Odyssey comes with a plethora of standard safety features, such as side-impact and curtain airbags, four-wheel disc anti-lock brakes, traction control and an electronic stability system. And with its 3.5-liter V6 engine, the Odyssey is surprisingly fuel efficient, with an EPA rating of 18 mpg City, 27 mpg Highway.
Many creature comforts are available, too, such as leather trim, dual-zone automatic climate control, satellite radio, navigation and entertainment system for when the kids just won't sit still.
